AllVista provides AI agent solutions including contract review, educational tools, and social media analytics. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.
User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
User Content
You retain ownership of all content you upload to our platform. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process it solely for the purpose of delivering our services. We do not use your content to train our AI models.
Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in our services, including software, design, and documentation, belong to AllVista. You may not copy, modify, or reverse-engineer any part of our services without prior written consent.
Limitation of Liability
Our services are provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AllVista shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to our services if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the services ceases immediately.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
